ReturnPolicy.

In accordance with current EU legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

To be accepted, all returned items must be in their original condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• With all original tags attached
• In their original packaging, if possible

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions and may send it back at your expense.

Returns for Change of Mind (wrong size etc.) — You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund the full price of the returned product(s) plus the initial shipping fees you paid.

Returns for Defective Items or Our Error — If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or if we made a mistake, VINV Clothing will cover all return shipping costs. Contact us immediately at info@vinv-clothing.com with a photo of the issue.

• Contact us first — Email info@vinv-clothing.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything.
• Pack your item — Securely pack the item, respecting the conditions above.
• Ship the package — Send your return to our address below.
• Use tracking — We strongly recommend a shipping service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal).

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
